The Now Clock Satisfaction Guarantee
Our goal is to bring more peace of mind into your life with The Now Clock, and for you to have a pleasant experience doing business with us. Our desire is to exceed your expectations of prompt and courteous customer service, along with delivering high qaulity products. We welcome and value your honest and timely feedback. Within the 14 days after receipt of your Now Clock, if for any reason, you are not perfectly happy with your purchase, please contact us to receive a full refund (less shipping and handling).
Shipping Policies
Ground shipments (3-5 days) -- are shipped within one business day. Ground orders received after 3:00 p.m. are shipped the next business day.
Expedited shipments (overnight) -- are shipped the same day, if order is received by 3:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.
Return shipments on refunds -- buyer pays for return shipping.
Limited Product Warranty
The Now Clock Company warrants this time product for one year from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover transportation damage, misuse, abuse, accident, or similar incidents.
Return/Exchange Policy
PLEASE DO NOT DISPOSE OF BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED.
Purchases can be returned/exchanged within 14 days of receipt as long as it's returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging.
In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please call us within 14 days and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no charge.

Please ship your package via an insured & traceable method (FedEx/UPS) To: The Now Clock Company, 3655 Sunshine Canyon Drive, Boulder, CO 80302.
All authorized returns are eligible for a full refund (less shipping and handling) as an in-store credit or credit to the original method of payment. Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit.

Privacy and Security Policy
We do not share any of your personal information with any other organizations or individuals. All information provided by you is completely confidential. The only use of your information is as you've requested it be used communicating with you.
Your credit card information is processed by a secure server and is never seen by us, as it goes through Google Checkout, which is administered by their private merchant services company.
We never rent, sell or otherwise distribute your information, and we never will. Only when legally required by law would we provide any information to a third party, such as a government.
We do use cookies to track generic traffic behavior -- not individual usage -- and the cookie is not tied to any personal information.
In other words, your visit is entirely private and anonymous, as it should be.
